Daily Training | Mid-Year Review Meeting

Elephant recently held a mid-year review meeting to provide a platform for employees to reflect on the achievements of the first half of the year and outline strategic plans for the next few months. The meeting, held at the Yancheng factory on July 30.

The mid-year summary conference kicked off with the enthusiastic opening speech by Mr. Xia, CEO of Elephant Company. He paid tribute to the successful results achieved by the entire team in the first half, highlighting key achievements and thanking the collective efforts that contributed to them. 

The meeting provided the managers of each department with an opportunity to fully review their work. Each sector showcased what it achieved and highlighted specific strategies and initiatives that were instrumental to its success. Presentations include insights into areas such as sales and marketing, product development, customer service, and operations. For example, the production department made some summaries on how to better control the quality of mud pumps during the production process; the after-sales department informed some problems and solutions that often occur during the use of HDD drilling tools.

In addition to celebrating the achievements of the past few months, the mid-year review meeting also sets the stage for a successful second half of the year. The company's leadership unveiled its strategic goals, business plans and goals for the coming months, instilling a sense of purpose and direction in its employees. Meetings also prioritize open dialogue, allowing employees to provide feedback, voice their concerns, and share suggestions for improvement.
